A sad response that we should learn from

October 2010

"And great hail from Heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great..." (Revelation 16:21) ~ Just before Jesus comes back, God will pour out His last fury on those who continue in their willful rebellion and murder the innocent, including those who follow Christ. Their response is sad because at the height of their time to learn from the increased consequences for their rebellion, they will instead blaspheme God's name and continue in their rebellion. May we learn from their mistake, so that we do not repeat their error, and so we can escape the judgment this type brings on themselves. And may we continue to learn how to plead with others to also not blaspheme God's name, but instead to repent, while they still have time. ~
